The Florida State University license plate is sponsored by the Florida State University Alumni Association. The cost for the plate is $70 every two years in addition to the regular registration fee. Proceeds from the plate will be used for scholarships. You must submit a completed Application for Special License Plate (SCDMV Form MV-95) along with required fees. You may buy this plate online or in person and the plate will be mailed to you.

As a non-profit organization, West Point does not receive any portion of the funds generated from the license plate sales.

To be eligible for the US Naval Academy (USNA) license plate, you must be a graduate of the USNA. To apply, you must present your Department of Defense Form DD-214 and your USNA diploma or a letter from the USNA Alumni Association indicating that you are a graduate. The plate fee is $30 every two years in addition to the regular registration fee. A portion of the fees collected will be distributed to the US Naval Academy Alumni Association.
