The Florida State University license plate is sponsored by the Florida State University Alumni Association. The cost for the plate is $70 every two years in addition to the regular registration fee. Proceeds from the plate will be used for scholarships. You must submit a completed Application for Special License Plate (SCDMV Form MV-95) along with required fees. You may buy this plate online or in person and the plate will be mailed to you.
