The Zeta Phi Beta license plate is available to all South Carolina Residents who are members of the Zeta Phi Beta Sorority. You must present a membership card or a letter from the state director to be eligible. The fee for the plate is $70 every two years in addition to the regular motor vehicle registration fee. A portion of the fees collected will be used by Zeta Phi Beta for academic scholarships.
