Proceeds from the plate will be used to provide scholarships to South Carolina students who attend Auburn University. The American Red Cross license plate is sponsored by the American National Red Cross. The plate is available to all South Carolina residents for a fee of $25 every two years in addition to the regular registration fee. Proceeds from the plate will be used for the delivery of mission related services of the Red Cross in South Carolina.

The Autism Awareness license plate is sponsored by the South Carolina Autism Society. The plate is available to all SC residents for a fee of $30 every two years in addition to the regular motor vehicle registration fee. Proceeds from the plate will be used for advocacy, education, information, and referral services.
