The University of South Carolina Association of Lettermen license plates are $60 every two years in addition to the regular registration fee. The plate is available to South Carolina residents who are members of the Association. You may also get a personalized version of the plate that contains letters or numbers or both and the "&" symbol. Text is limited to six characters including spaces and will be granted based on availability. The personalized version of this plate is available by mail only. The fee to get this plate personalized includes $30 personalization fee and $60 special plate fee in addition to regular registration fee.
