The University of Tennessee license plate is sponsored by the University of Tennessee Foundation. Proceeds from the plate will be used to support alumni programs. The cost for the plate is $30 every two years in addition to the regular registration fees. You must submit a completed Application for Special Plate (SCDMV Form MV-95) along with required fees.
