SCDMV Express Kiosk Change

The SCDMV Express kiosk at the Publix at Thornblade Village in Greer relocated to the Publix at Poplar Springs Plaza, 2153 East Main St, Duncan, SC 29334, in Spartanburg County as of Tuesday, July 14. Customers can continue to use the kiosks in Columbia and Summerville, or complete transactions online.

The Trout Unlimited plate is available to all South Carolina residents. The cost for the plate is $70 every two years in addition to the registration fee. Proceeds from this plate will be used for cold-water conservation efforts.
