SCDMV Express Kiosk Change

The SCDMV Express kiosk at the Publix at Thornblade Village in Greer relocated to the Publix at Poplar Springs Plaza, 2153 East Main St, Duncan, SC 29334, in Spartanburg County as of Tuesday, July 14. Customers can continue to use the kiosks in Columbia and Summerville, or complete transactions online.

This license plate is for members only. A portion of the fees collected from this plate will be distributed to the South Carolina Sons of Confederate Veterans. The fee is $30 every two years in addition to the regular motor vehicle registration fee.
