The South Carolina Cattlemen's Association plate is available to all SC residents. Proceeds from the plate will be used for scholarships and research. The cost for the plate is $30 every two years in addition to the regular registration fees. You must submit a completed Application for Special Plate (SCDMV Form MV-95) along with required fees.
