Ronald McDonald House Charities sponsor this license plate. Proceeds from the plate will be used to provide housing for the families of critically ill children. The cost for the plate is $50 every two years in addition to the regular registration fees. You must submit a completed Application for Special Plate (SCDMV Form MV-95) along with required fees.
