The Parrothead license plate is available to all South Carolina residents. Proceeds from the plate will be used to support the Palmetto Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association and the Upstate SC Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association. The cost for the plate is $30 every two years in addition to the regular registration fees. You must submit a completed Application for Special Plate (SCDMV Form MV-95) along with required fees.
