The Nurses Foundation license plate is available to all South Carolina residents. A portion of the fees collected are distributed to the South Carolina Nurses Foundation to endow scholarships for all of the state's registered nursing programs. The fee for this plate is $46 every two years in addition to the regular vehicle registration fee.
