SCDMV Express Kiosk Change

The SCDMV Express kiosk at the Publix at Thornblade Village in Greer relocated to the Publix at Poplar Springs Plaza, 2153 East Main St, Duncan, SC 29334, in Spartanburg County as of Tuesday, July 14. Customers can continue to use the kiosks in Columbia and Summerville, or complete transactions online.

You must present a Marine Corps League membership card to apply for this license plate. The fee for this plate is $30 every two years in addition to the regular vehicle registration fee You may be issued three plates.
