The US Army Chief Warrant Officer license plate is available to active or veteran US Army Warrant Officers of all grades. You must submit a completed Application for Military Plate (SCDMV Form MV-37) and official military documentation showing proof of rank/grade (WO1-CW5). The cost for the plate is $40 every two years in addition to the regular registration fee. Proceeds from the sale of this plate will be distributed to the South Carolina National Guard Foundation and used for military family and veteran support programs. This plate is available by mail only.
