This license plate is available to members of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity. To apply for the plate, you must present a current membership card, life membership plate, or a letter from the District Director on district letterhead. Proceeds from the plate will be distributed to the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. for scholarships. The fee for this plate is $70 every two years in addition to the regular registration fees.
