U.S. Submarine Veterans license plate is available to active or veteran U.S. Submarine Sailors. You must submit a completed Application for Military Plates (SCDMV Form MV-37) and official military documentation. The cost for the plate is $20 every two years in addition to the regular registration fee. Proceeds from the sale of this plate will be distributed to the South Carolina Submarine Scholarships Program. This plate is available by mail only.
