The University of South Carolina Women's Basketball 3x National Champions license plate is sponsored by USC Alumni Association. A portion of the fees collected for this plate will be distributed to USC for scholarships. The cost for the plate is $70 every two years in addition to the regular registration fees. You must submit a completed Application for Special Plate (SCDMV Form MV-95) along with required fees.
