Spartanburg Community College license plate is sponsored by Spartanburg Community College Foundation. The proceeds will be used to provide scholarships to South Carolina students who attend Spartanburg Community College. The cost for the plate is $70 every two years in addition to the regular registration fees. You must submit a completed Application for Special Plate (SCDMV Form MV-95) along with required fees. It can be purchased for cars or light trucks with an empty weight of 9,000 pounds or less and a gross vehicle weight of 11,000 pounds or less. This plate is available through the mail and online.
