The National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing (NASCAR) license plate is available to all South Carolinians. To apply for this plate, complete the Application for Special License Plate (MV-95). The cost is $70 every two years plus the registration fee. Proceeds from this plate will benefit the South Carolina Children's Emergency Shelter Fund, South Carolina Sport's Development Office Fund, and the NASCAR License Plate Highway Safety Fund.
