South Carolina Autistic/Neurodivergent plates are available to SC residents. You must submit a Disabled License Plate and Placard Application (SCDMV Form RG-007A) with Section 4 Physician's Statement completed by a licensed physician that certifies the applicant, or the child of the applicant is autistic or neurodivergent. The fee for the plate is $40 every two years. Truck fees are determined by the Gross Vehicle Weight.
