The SCDMV Express kiosk at the Publix at Thornblade Village in Greer relocated to the Publix at Poplar Springs Plaza, 2153 East Main St, Duncan, SC 29334, in Spartanburg County as of Tuesday, July 14. Customers can continue to use the kiosks in Columbia and Summerville, or complete transactions online.
Service Change Advisory: Chester, Dillon and Bishopville offices
These changes are being made to services offered at South Carolina Division of Motor Vehicles branch offices, principally affecting testing for Class E and F licenses.
As of May 5, Class E and F testing at the Chester office has been discontinued in preparation for the coming of Commercial Driver’s License skills tests at the site.
As of May 19, Class E and F testing at the Bishopville office and Class M testing at the Dillon offices have been stopped in preparation for the coming of Commercial DL testing at the sites.
On June 23, the Chester, Dillon and Bishopville offices are scheduled to begin offering Commercial DL testing. Class M testing will resume at Dillon.
