The SCDMV Express kiosk at the Publix at Thornblade Village in Greer relocated to the Publix at Poplar Springs Plaza, 2153 East Main St, Duncan, SC 29334, in Spartanburg County as of Tuesday, July 14. Customers can continue to use the kiosks in Columbia and Summerville, or complete transactions online.
Kingstree Branch to Stop Class E and Class F Road Tests
At the close of business June 30, 2023, the Kingstree branch office at 785 Eastland Avenue in Kingstree will no longer offer the Class E nor Class F driver's license road tests. These tests are for large non-commercial vehicles like recreational vehicles and recreational vehicles with an item towed behind it.
The SCDMV is replacing the testing pad at the office to eventually offer a new commercial driver's license test.
You're encouraged to use the Florence office for the Class E and Class F test.
